I made an appointment for a vehicle.check prior to a family road trip. Everyone there was friendly. The waiting area was comfortable. Most importantly, I was very reassured by the interaction with the staff. I was not upsold and they told me my car was in great condition. This was my first visit to Concourse. After this visit, I will bring my car here for any servicing it may need.

I always appreciate professional service from the entire Concourse Team! Jack and Jan, their Service Advisors and their Mechanics/Technicians have earned my trust when I need service or repairs on my vehicles.

I had a coolant and an oil leak. The shop made sure my vehicle was safe before I drove it again.
