This is a great company. A true indication of a great company is how they handle issues. There was a miscommunication between us that they fixed. It could have gone down a very different path, and many service companies unfortunately take that path. They had my business before, but they now have it forever. Great work, fair prices and this. Brendan took care of the checkup on my car and did a fine job. He found a bad problem with my rear brakes and fixed it and kept me in the loop as far as progress and costs. What more could you ask? It was a highly satisfactory resolution, as always with Concourse.

Requested an AC Recharge and Concourse completed this task promptly. Inspection revealed one torn front axle boot and Brad recommended just replace just this torn side, not both front axle boots -- which I thought was smart on an old SUV like this.
