After calling to ask about getting my transmission fixed. I was expecting to get a little more than just someone pulling out the “dipstick” thing and telling my fluid level was good. I would have rather taken my car to a transmission shop and paid them the $50 to get a better diagnosis of what was going on with my vehicle. Someone that would drop the pan and check the filter for debris etc.
