The shifter cable on my '00 Jetta VW slipped and wasn't drivable, Had it towed to their facility and the manager gave me a ride home, and they had finished the repairs in 2 days for a reasonable price considering most shops wont touch a VW of that year for some reason, Gave me a 3 year warranty with free labor. 2 weeks later a clip had failed and the cable slipped again, They had their own tow truck come pick the vehicle up and finished the repairs the next day under the warranty and didnt pay anything extra.
