Grapevine Auto Repair

As usual the people at Concourse are the best. My daughter and her family had driven down from Wisconsin and developed an oil leak. They had just had the oil changed before leaving home. Concourse was able to diagnose the problem and had the back on the road in minutes at a cost of just the very inexpensive part they needed. This is why I have been going to Concourse essentially since they opened. They know what they are doing and they treat every customers more fairly than anyone in the auto repair business.

The finest auto repair shop in the Metroplex. The entire shop will evaluate your vehicle and if it needs repair, it is done rapidly at a pre agreed upon fair price. If you can wait for the repair or it doesn't need it they will tell you that also. An extremely honest and competent establishment.

Honest, experienced, friendly, answers my questions, doesn't push services on you but lets you know the timeframe of when a service should be done. Very pleased as a first time customer.

Friendly service with great communication throughout

Jack, as always, provides both expert service as well as helpful information. Over the years, he and his team have been nothing but FIVE STAR providers, and I happily recommend them to anyone in the Metroplex needing major or minor servicing of their vehicles.
