Visited Concourse Auto the first time this week. Took in a 2004 Infiniti G35 with some battery or electrical issues, and the staff couldn't have been more friendly and easy-going. They ran some tests and confirmed it was a battery problem, talked me through their diagnostic and my options, and had the repair done in the timeline communicated. Very pleasant experience and will use them again.

This was my first time to go somewhere besides a dealership and I can tell you from start to finish this place was great. Trevor was my first contact and guide me through everything. He was so patient through my many calls(&there were many)and carefully explained the diagnostic results. He answered all my questions and was never pushy. I can’t say enough about this location. This was my first time using anyone other than a dealership and from the time I walked in, to the time I picked up my truck, they were the best. Trevor helped guide me and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. I never felt I was being taken advantage of at all. My truck issue was taken care of by their great mechanics and is working perfectly. I called several times, ok, a lot of time, after I received their diagnostic report with questions. Trevor was there to answer or get answers to any questions I had, he was very patient and knowledgeable, but never pushy. I highly recommend them and if I need help in the future, they will be my go to. Thanks to all who fixed my truck.
