We first started coming to Concourse Automotive to get our annual safety inspection. Being new to Texas, we didn't know which company was a good and reputable car repair place. We soon found out that Concourse is the ticket. We've been using the Hyundai dealership for our vehicles, but after getting an exorbitant estimate for breaks and 60K service, we decided to see what Concourse would say. Not only was their estimate considerably less, the work the dealership recommended not all was necessary at this time. Additionally, the price was much better here. We got the break work done and most recently we got the 60K service. What I appreciate the most about Concourse is that they are honest. They're not just in it for the money. Instead they are here to provide good quality service at a fair and reasonable price. That's why we will not be bringing out vehicle to Concourse and not the dealership. Update 7/13/17: We are regular customers of Concourse Automotive. We are very appreciative of the quality service, at a reasonable price and the respect for the customer's time. We first came to them for our safety inspection which is always taken care of quickly. We started bringing our Hyundai to Concourse for regular maintenance because the Hyundai dealership was dishonest, took a longtime to complete work and overcharged. We continue to bring our cars to Concourse because of their great service and highly recommend them. These people care...they care about people and cars. I hope they are around for many, many years.
