Grapevine Auto Repair

Very honest. Told us several things that may need to be done which would be very expensive. But recommended that only a couple of those items where necessary to replace to get the car running. Told us to drive it for a couple of weeks and see if the other items needed to be done. So ,initially they saved us a lot of money be not having to do things that may not actually be needed.Waiting room was very clean. They were very patient in explaining things to my understanding and answering all my questions.Would highly recommend them.

As usual everything was handled very professionally. The employee's are courteous and knowledgeable and very helpful. The work was completed as promised. Definitely will return for future service.

Hello, the one comment I had deals with the scheduling of an appointment. I had scheduled an appointment on Sunday but didn't hear anything. Wednesday I finally called and was told their was an issue with being notified of any weekends emails. The staff were professional and helpful. The cost were inline with other repair shops I had contacted. Concourse is closer to my home. Thank You!

Once again Concourse looked over my vehicle and didn't charge me. They noted some cosmetic damage, but didn't recommend doing anything at this time. This is refreshing compared to many other mechanics/dealerships that often recommend thousands of dollars of "repairs" for things that are unnecessary.

Car repair was completed on-time and right on estimate.

I was able to get vehicle in and evaluated as a walk in, repairs were done the following day which was not expected.
