It has been very satisfying to know that Jack and his crew are helping folks here in Grapevine for so many years. I have been glad to have Concourse perform my maintenance on my vehicle, since I moved to Grapevine almost 4 years ago. They take care to perform and inform you of the best way to make your vehicle run at it's best.

Besides needing an oil change I had an annoying squeal from the front brakes. Considering the age of the car and the type of driving expected, Jack recommended to replace the pads only. A more extensive repair was not required and would have been much more expensive.

The repair work of testing and replacing the electronic oil gauge monitor was done in one day. The work and timing was excellent.

I have used these people for over 20 years. They have repaired my vehicles in my business and personally in a timely & professional manner. In that time , what few complaints I had were resolved quickly & cordially. I've dealt with many different businesses in my career, and this is unquestionally one of the best.

Concourse has friendly, honest folks with reliable service. They get the work done on time and if they discover things that are unexpected that they think should be taken care of while your vehicle is there, they always give you a call and inform you.

Just had our car in for another periodic servicing. Thankfully, no surprises. Glad we've continued having both our cars serviced and repaired at Concourse. They take such good care of us and our vehicles!

I found out about a program that will help us significantly right now through another shop simply because I needed to shop around and try and find a better price. I like your service, but if you know something that can help your customer, tell them about it. It does help build brand loyalty.
