Grapevine Auto Repair

Was in the early this week and needed a oil change and inspection. Asked if I could wait and was no problem. They have WIFI access so I caught up on emails while waiting. Car was done in about and hour and great service and price as usual.

I've had to get my car serviced a couple of times for different reasons. At Concourse Auto they are always friendly, they make you feel welcome and at ease. They take the time to explain everything as well as give you several options so you can make an informed decision. Their pricing also is reasonable and upfront. Great business!

Concourse is a great place to take your car for repairs. They get you in and out very fast with a great waiting room. Their repairs are excellent work and their prices are lower than any one else I have used. I highly recomment them!!!

Concourse Auto Service Center is the place to take your car. They are fast, friendly and conviently located on Northwest Hwy. But above all, their work is excellent with prices that beat their competitors!! Each time I have gone I am surprised by the quotes and actual charges as well as how quick they get me in and out. Great waiting area.

I have used Jack and Jan (owners) for many years and have always been very pleased with the service, honesty, and timeliness of their entire crew. They do great work and don't sell you on stuff you don't need. Their prices are competitive and its nice to know they have my best interests at hand.

I have been doing business with Jack and Jan Bowers at Concourse since 1986. I simply would never take my vehicles anywhere else. They have always taken good care of my needs. The workmanship and professionalism is the best it gets. Integrity, honesty, and quality....what else could I want from a business?I cannot imagine why this other reviewer would give only one star to this great business establishment. I have been taking my cars to Jack for 25 years. I own a 21 year old vehicle that is maintained by Jack and his crew, and it still runs like new.

These guys always help me out. Last week I took my car in for an inspection - at 115K miles you can bet there might be issues. They helped me work through them with some legal but low/no cost options. Additionally, they send e-mails or call me when my inspection is due. Always helpful and fair. And nice to boot!
