Brought our 2008 Jeep Wrangler in for new brake pads, and if necessary, new rotors. Had been advised by another shop that they were both in need of replacement. Concourse got it up on the lift, inspected it, and advised that while showing wear, they were still well within safety limits, saving us hundreds of dollars of unnecessary repairs. From the beginning when I made my appointment for service, through the check-in process today, and finally with the end result, it is evident that these folks are true professionals.
