Only needed an inspection, and would have been in and out in15 minutes, but couldn’t make that happen with my work schedule. LOVE their after hours drop off. Grab the envelope, check the box for what you need, or write them a note. Put the key in the envelope, seal it, drop. They call the next morning to confirm. Done. Pick it up at my convenience. My family has been using concourse for years. Like over 10 years of service with them. Every time we take it in or call they say yes bring it in, almost immediately. It’s a little pricier than other places for car repair, but it is by far worth it!!!! We have trusted all 4 of our cars with them, thanks y’all!

As always, professional courteous and very respectful to the customer. I went in with particular areas of concern. After their inspection they gave me a complete rundown of what they found, the cost and whether the issues should be addressed immediately or could be postponed.
