Their service is excellent. I have never had any problems and I have been going there years. The staff is very friendly and answers my questions. The service usually doesn't take that long so I wait. The charges seem accurate to me. In one case my car had to be towed to Concourse and one of their employees carried me home and picked me up. That was such a relief to me. Thank you.

Used them several times. Ford dealership said I had a bad alternator that broke the belt, and also found other issues. Took to Concourse and they determined it was just a broken belt. Recently took vehicle in for brake check. Told all good for now and no charge for checking. They are trustworthy and reasonable rates.

I would trust my wife to take a vehicle to them without me there and have complete confidence that they would treat her honestly and fairly, and not cheat her or over charge her.
