I took my car in because the dreaded Check engine light was on. Turns out it was the gas cap as they couldn't find any leaks. The did not charge me for the diagnostic. They were very polite and accommodating. A friend recommended Concourse and I'm so glad she did. I will take my car in to them for any future repairs and maintenance. Thank you everyone who took care of my car.

I had 3 service needs and they were taken care of in a timely manner. I thought one issue was an alignment issue, but it was actually a tire issue. This is one of the reasons I am still a customer for over 30 years. They find out what is really wrong and fix that, with no unneeded work or expense.

Came in for a general check up and state inspection; as always super nice guys. I had to wait and though the waiting area has changed because of new safety requirements, it was clean and neat. I think they are a great Grapevine business.

I had a warning light to come a few days before a scheduled long trip. I called Sean and he said bring it ASAP. I did and they were able to diagnose and fix my problem and the price was very reasonable. They have repaired my other vehicle too. They are an honest repair shop.
