The best service I have experience in a long time from an auto repair facility. I walked in at 08:00 am and was promptly greeted by Trevor. Told him my brakes were screeching and I wanted them checked out. He asked if I was going to wait or if I wanted to go home that they offered a shuttle a service. I told him I would wait so that I knew what I was dealing with. In about half an hour Trevor came out and assured me my brakes were good and explained that sometimes dirt could cause the screeching sounds. I was so happy to hear this and to know thai I visited an honest shop where they did not take advantage of me. Trevor was very professional and even offered me a fresh cup of coffee. I will definitely go to Concourse when I really need brake service. Thanks Trevor for all your help!!!!

What a great experience! I dropped my car off for an oil change and annual state inspection and it was ready in no time. The most friendly and courteous service of any car repair place around. They recommended some service for my car and explained in common terms why it was recommended. Concourse Automotive just gained a repeat customer for sure!
