My daughter’s vehicle had to be towed to Concourse, so she didn’t have a set appointment. Sean was very courteous and knowledgeable and stayed in contact to keep us informed of the progress on the repair. They were able to handle the repairs that day, so my daughter was able to get her car back to get to work! We were very pleased with the service we received and the friendly environment.

We had heard good things about Concourse, so decided to give them a try when my 2012 Ford Edge was making an unusual sound. Trevor made the appointment and checked us in, and three different technicians worked together to locate and figure out what was making the noise. They succeeded, and we will have the calipers work done next month. Everyone involved was so nice, courteous and helpful, and they kept us informed during the day. We highly recommend them!
