I first tried Concourse Auto when it opened in 1987, only a half mile from my house. Jack and Jan have been taking care of all my cars ever since. Always honest, friendly, competent, timely service. Now my son relies on them too.

My neighbor first recommended Concourse and he drove from Flower Mound to get there. Brought my car in for very squeaky brakes and an oil change. Much to my surprise, the brakes still had 50% pads left, and that the last shop put on lower quality after market brake pads a long time ago. And now that I dont drive much, they make noise for the first few times I brake. So brakes are fine and they said to bring it back in 30,000 miles to look at them again. I appreciate the good common sense advise and no upsell. Can't beat that!

We first came to them for our safety inspection which is always taken care of quickly. We started bringing our Hyundai to Concourse for regular maintenance because the Hyundai dealership was dishonest, took a longtime to complete work and overcharged. We continue to bring our cars to Concourse because of their great service and highly recommend them. These people care...they care about people and cars. I hope they are around for many, many years.
