I just wanted to check something on my car to make sure it was safe to drive. I had never been in Concourse Automotive before, but the manager had a technician come out and ride in the car with me so I could point out what I was worried about. Then they took it in and put it up on the rack to look at. He couldn't find anything wrong, but said to watch it and if it got louder/worse, to bring it back and they would check it out. No charge! I was relieved to know it was okay, and very happy to have such a quick answer at no charge. I will definitely go back for repair work and my car is pretty old so shouldn't be too long!
