Never have problems getting a convenient appointment. Usually finished within 1 hour for normal vehicle maintenance. Most important, when i brought the car to dealer to have recall work done, their service managers presented me with a long list of service work that needed to be done immediately. I declined and had Concourse check to find out all the service I needed was the oil and filter change called for in the service manual. All the items recommended by dealer were found to have no problems. Concourse is a very HONEST business. It is nice to be able to trust a vendor.
