I had problems with my tail lights and blinkers. I brought my car into Concourse. They kept my car in the shop all day, running diagnostics, switching out tail light housings and checking wires and fuses to discover the problem. They hypothesized that the problem was most likely the computer and I would need to seek out a dealer. I was deflated knowing how much that would cost coupled with the diagnostics and all the labor that they had spent on my vehicle. Concourse told me that I owed nothing to them since they hadn't fixed the problem. It's hard to know who to TRUST in this particular industry. This was how Concourse gained my TRUST and will keep me as repeat business.

They always take care of my needs quickly at a reasonable price. Over the years I have found them to be trustworthy and great to work with. I appreciate seeing the same friendly faces every time. The only reason I won't be using them in the future is because I'm relocating to Oklahoma. Fortunately my brother who is an excellent mechanic is there and will work for a home cooked meal!

I have been using Concourse Auto since they opened at this location. I have never had a bad deal. They are up front with the customer and are customer/service orientated. They can be relied on to get the job completed in the fastest way and time. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Seems out auto is due to need major repair expenses. Appreciated the estimate provided which shows repairs would exceed blue book value. A lot of places would go ahead and do the repairs and charge for it - Concourse did not.

I took my son's frontier pickup in to be evaluated. He has been driving it for 12 years now. Through college, graduate school, then first job. He did the mandatory repairs but sometimes skipped the preventative maintenance. Concourse gave me an honest assessment of things that needed to be done and also the items that were not urgent. Prices were more than fair, and the truck was ready when promised. Always friendly, professional service. Thanks!!!

As has been the case in the past, service was outstanding!! I hardly have a chance to have breakfast across the street when I get a call saying my car is ready. I am a very happy customer.
