They did an excellent job of communicating the steps required to fix the cause of my main concern which was unknown at the time. In addition to replacing timing belt and broken motor mount. They were able to complete all in 1 day as requested. The mystery item was the throttle position sensor which apparently goes out quite a bit - based on what the Acura dealer told Tim at Concourse. Car works great so far and at 500 milies they will check and re-tighten belts at no charge when I stop by- no appt necessary.

Had my car evaluated for a noise that was bothering me. They checked it thoroughly and found that there wasn't any problem to worry about. Sent me off without doing anything, or charging me anything. These guys are ones you can trust. They are my shop of choice.

The front end of my car was wobbling. I had had the tires rotated and balanced but the wobbling continued. Took it to Concourse and they determined the tires were out of round. I took the car back to the tire store and got new tires and a partial refund from the bad tires. Concourse was exactly right about what was wrong with my car even though it didn't generate any revenue for them.

We just moved here a few months ago and was obviously struggling to find a mechanic we can trust. FOUND EM!! Great customer service, quick turn around and trustworthy. We definitely recommend Concourse Auto Service.

As always, very accommodating on short notice, very professional, and I walk out feeling like I've been treated fairly. I never feel like something is going to surprise me. Having just moved to Texas in January, finding a trustworthy auto mechanic is a priority! Everyone at Concourse is great (although, we do miss Megan!)
