Grapevine Auto Repair

A local NTB had advised a new alternator was needed. As usual Concourse carefully reviewed all the symptoms to validate the true issue (a smaller repair that the alternator in this case).They have earned my trust through years of this sort of action.

Excellent customer service! I called too see if they had time to change my oil while I waited, and Derek responded "yes" and took my name. When I arrived, he greeted me at the door and immediately took my car into the garage. He came in at one point to tell me it was time for a new air filter, the price, and politely asked did I want them to replace it--no high pressure sale or scare tactics. I was in and out very quickly! I've also had mechanical work done here in the past and have had no problems whatsoever.
