All employees were very polite and understanding of my problem and concern. The offer was given to keep the car inside over the weekend until a part was acquired since the driver's window was fixed open. The part arrived and the panel was fixed as soon as was possible.

I really like Concourse Auto service. Every time I've taken either of my cars there, they have been very upfront and honest about the work needed to be done on them. Their waiting room is very comfortable and has wifi. Their staff is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly.
