Someone recommended Concourse to me.They said these people are honest. That is why I went there. I was pleased with everything, the repair, the time it took and the cost.

this is the only place I will take my vehicles for service, very honest and fair. always do what you need.

I continue to be delighted with Concourse. I take 5 different vehicles there, and trust them completely. They are honest, and personable, and discuss options with me, especially for multiple or major repairs. Their waiting room is comfortable, with WiFi, and their staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Their techs are very skilled. They always let me know if repairs could exceed their original estimate, and give me the option of whether to proceed. I may find someone who can a do a single repair for less, but I believe I save money over the long haul because things are only done when needed, done right, and for a fair price. I wish every business operated this way.

Always great and friendly service

Excellent Service and friendly owners. My daughter's car overheated as she pasted Grapevine on the way to work. She parked the vehicle and I drove her to work in my vehicle. I then drove her car to Concourse Auto which was only 2 miles away. They gave me a ride back to my vehicle and told me that her car would be ready the next day. A few hours later I received a call from Concourse Auto saying her car was ready early. The cost was very reasonable for replacing the thermostat.

High degree of technical knowledge and experience on models they service. Provide alternatives to high priced OEM new parts where practical. Value their customers and always provide consistanly great servivce, large or small repairs.
