I have taken several used cars to them to have them checked out before purchase. They have told me to "Run Away" from a few lemons & have told me some were good buys! If they say something is wrong, I believe them. If they recommend service, they are clear in their level of recommendation (urgent to "sometime soon"). I've never been "upsold."
