Went in for oil change and to have a "steering issue" checked out. It turned out the "steer issue" was simply that the 4-wheel drive was turned on (accidentally) and making it feel much different than normal...THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!

Concourse worked with me on the phone for a preliminary diagnosis of my air conditioning problem. That diagnosis turned out to be accurate and after turning my pickup over to them at around noon, it was ready to go by 5:00. A/C works well, so they have earned my future business.

My problem with the air conditioning in my pickup began at about midday. I phoned Concourse did a little diagnosing over the phone, which I appreciate. They had the vehicle by about 1:00 and phoned about 4:30 to say that it was ready. I did request that they look at the serpentine belt, and that too was replaced. The only reason I didn't give a full 5 stars was because it turned out to be a fairly expensive experience and I would have appreciated some contact between the final diagnosis and the repair to prepare me for the bill. I also like to see removed parts. I am happy with Concourse and will likely make them my service provider for future needs.
