I have a ACC warning light on a 2017 Accord. They charged me $200 just to say my battery is bad and they could not fix the AAC problem. They are way too high!

They diagnosed the problem very quickly and was upfront about the cost. They were equally quick to inform me the repair was not pressing and did not present a safety issue.

Brendan Rocks!!! and that goes for The nice lady at the front desk. I didnt catch her name unfortunately. I own a very heavily modified 1999 Toyota Tacoma so most of the time I have to diagnose my own problems and Brendan always works with me to fix what Im working on, and he has a very good understanding of automobiles. I do not go anywhere else, but Concourse. I have also spread the word to my family members to use them.

As usual they did a great job of isolating the issue and get the work done in a timely fashion at a reasonable cost, Brendan did a good job of communicating. I will go back the next time my 2017 Cadillac needs work.

Got a quote over the phone for a service. That quote was honored at time of service. Extremely friendly staff, I have already told friends of mine “I found a GOOD MECHANIC” Will definitely continue using Concourse as my mechanic and telling friends about them!

The front office lady and manager were very nice. However, I was quoted $2700 for some extensive suspension work to address a popping noise. I was skeptical of this as I had a lot of suspension work already done this year. I took it to another mechanic and all that was wrong was a bolt that had loosened. $100 to fix. At best they made a major mistake, at worst this is another mechanic shop to not trust. Unfortunate as I was hoping to find a reputable, go to place.
