I feel treated honestly and fairly and the mechanics always walk me through the costs before they start any work and let me know about any issues that they found and if its necessary to deal with it then and there or if I can wait and have the time to save up for the repair. I came in for an emissions check, and other then having to wait at the counter for close to 10 minutes while the rep had a long conversation with the customer in front of me, I found the process to be quick and efficient.
