I’ve trusted Concourse Auto for years, and they have never failed to exceed my expectations. Their honesty, professionalism, and quality of work keep me coming back time and time again. My vehicle is an older model, and every time I convince myself it’s time to replace it, I take it to Concourse for service. They work their magic, and it comes back running so smoothly that it feels like a brand new car. They make it incredibly difficult to part with it! What I appreciate most is that they don’t just fix what’s wrong. They take the time to look out for the overall health of your vehicle and help you prevent future problems as well. I never feel pressured, only cared for.

Air blower motor blew on a Subaru Outback and AC didn’t cycle on. They replaced the AC blower motor. When asked if they replaced air filter which is right next door they said it was unnecessary because filter was clean. Because it was a Subaru and easy to replace air filter I removed A very dirt air filter that had never been replaced. Air filter cost about 10 bucks and took about 5 seconds to install. Makes no sense that they wouldn’t have changed it. Would havre given them a 5 stars because they got me in and out. Also a little pricey at $650 according to DFW averages considering the part was 100 bucks, but like I said they got me in and out.

Had a serpentine belt replaced there last week. Everything was great. Parking can be tight when they're busy.

The price was a little higher than I expected, but they did good work and communicated to me every step of the way.

I came here I came here because somebody recommended it, because somebody else recommended it to them. I’m glad I did. I own a 26 year-old Toyota Tacoma that I am very fond of and I was looking for somebody to check The HVAC system. I know my truck well and when I spoke to Brendan, he was very straightforward, and had all the answers that I was looking for, andI knew that I was at the right spot. So I got my truck back and all it needed was a little bit of refrigerant, no leaks! Concourse automotive is where I’m taking my truck for anything I can’t handle myself.
