**New Management** I have been getting my car maintenance here for the past four years. I have been given honest prices, and guidance on what really needs to be fixed after going to a dealership for oil change. In March they gave me a quote for what needed to be done. I waited in May to save up and get the job done and the price tripled!!! I waited 2 hours longer than I was originally told. After getting the job done, my car was making a loud noise, and when I returned it their response was, “we did the job fast and bent a part that shouldn’t have been bent”. I was never compensated for my time or their mistake. I will never be going back!

As we had discussed with you before you authorized work on the vehicle, the previous quote you had received was incorrect and incomplete. We corrected the quote to ensure that your vehicle was properly fixed so that you would be satisfied. The delay that you experienced was due to an incorrect part that was in the correct box sent by the vendor, which we did our best to remedy by personally going to get the correct part. As we stated before, we'd be more than happy to work with you on this if you'd like to bring in the other quote you received from the dealership.
