Used them several times. Ford dealership said I had a bad alternator that broke the belt, and also found other issues. Took to Concourse and they determined it was just a broken belt. Recently took vehicle in for brake check. Told all good for now and no charge for checking. They are trustworthy and reasonable rates.

Excellent service. Had an issue with my taillights due to a failure in the electrical system. They were able to pinpoint and identify the cause of the problem saving me from having to replace the whole thing.

I would trust my wife to take a vehicle to them without me there and have complete confidence that they would treat her honestly and fairly, and not cheat her or over charge her.
