Jose at Grapevine Concourse is GREAT and always takes good care of us!

With no knowledge of why my car stopped accelerating while driving. I went to a place I thought was a mechanic and they didn’t want to assist me. I researched on google the closest mechanic to me and Concourse Auto Service was number one. Clueless of what to ask for the first thing I asked was if it was a mechanic shop. Without belittling me Brad assisted me. After explaining my experience Jose was able to further assist me. I drove my car to the bay and Jose did all the necessary checks. He took his time and explained in detail on what everything meant and what the major concerns were. He made sure I left with clear knowledge and road safety. Jose and Brandon are great. They knew exactly what was going on with my old truck (190k), fixed it, and made great suggestions to keep it going. This was my first time doing business with and will definitely be back soon to get work on my other car. I am sorry it took me this long to find them. Concourse? Of Course!!!!

We freaking love this place! I will never take our cars to another shop. They are honest and reasonably priced. We always have positive interactions, and I don't feel so bad about paying for an oil change or any repairs.
