I was kept well informed by Brad about progress. Unfortunately the part I needed was an unobtainable new part and a refurbished one was needed from a Warehouse. The part was at least 4 times the usual cost of a new one at $1200 which really hurt but with no fault of Concourse. I was surprised that a diagnostic fee of $149 was assessed when I had the work done for almost $2000. Also, I would have liked a breakdown of parts/ labor and an indication of a 12 month warranty as Brad had told me listed on the receipt. This was my first visit to Concourse and plan on using them again.
Dear Kelly Lyons , Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback on your recent visit to Concourse Automotive. We appreciate your positive remarks about Brad's communication and are glad he kept you well-informed throughout the process. We understand that the need for a refurbished part at such a high cost was unexpected and frustrating. Unfortunately, as you noted, sometimes certain parts can be much more expensive due to their availability. We appreciate your understanding in this situation. Regarding the diagnostic fee, we strive to be transparent with all our charges and apologize for any surprise this may have caused. We will review our communication procedures to ensure that all fees are clearly explained upfront in the future. We also regret that the receipt did not include a detailed breakdown of parts and labor, as well as the 12-month warranty information. Your feedback is very important to us, and we will take immediate steps to ensure future receipts are more comprehensive and informative. Thank you for choosing Concourse Automotive for your service needs. We are grateful for your business and look forward to serving you again. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out. We are here to help. Best regards, Vince Taylor Manager Concourse Automotive
