Great service and nice team!

This review will be easy. I have a 2013 Lexus GS 450h with 150K miles that needed a rear wheel bearing. Finding a local independent shop vs. taking it into Lexus was really what I was looking for. We recently moved to Grapevine and Concourse fit the bill. And it couldn’t have been a better fit. Jack, Erick and Team absolutely provided a great experience. From the time I walked in until the work was done, it was a 5 STAR experience. I’ve already made an appointment for another issue they discovered but told me it was NOT critical and could be done later. Suffice it to say, I have found a new “home” for my Lexus needs. I would like to give THE BIGGEST bear hug to Brad and his mechanics for doing an excellent job repairing my daughters Nissan Altima. She was in such a rush to purchase a vehicle that she didn’t take the time to have a reputable mechanic look at it so it cost her BIG time to get it fixed. Brad kept me informed of the MANY issues they found, and trust me there were A LOT but the guys at Concourse helped us walk out the door with huge smiles on our faces, so I just want to say Thank you again to all that worked on her vehicle. Third or fourth time I’ve taken a vehicle there. Always very satisfied with service. This time, thought problem might have been a CV joint or clutch. After they examined clutch, then looked further, it turned out to be transmission. As vehicle had 270,000 miles, I decided against repairing or replacing. They reassembled what they had taken apart to diagnose, and returned vehicle to me at no charge! I’ll certainly recommend Concourse to anyone needing mechanical work.
