My daughter and son in law have used Concourse for their auto repair needs for a number of years now and recommended Concourse to me. My car has quite a few miles on it and I thought it might be time for someone to look at the brake wear on both front and back wheels. I called Concourse and talked with Eric. He suggested I bring the car in and he would have a mechanic take a look at the wear on the brake pads and suggest a course of action. I brought the can in and they took a look. Eric called me and reported that I wasn’t in need of a brake job at this time because there is enough pad left to go at least another year on them. There was no charge for the inspection. The point is this: This kind of up front honesty is lacking in many businesses these days and I really appreciate the Customer Service put forth by Eric and Concourse. When it comes time for service of any kind on my vehicles from now on, CONCOURSE will be FIRST on my list of repair shops I will call.
