I went to Concourse (without an appointment) after another car service center (**^*st*ne) convinced me that my brakes and rotors were all outta whack and gave me a laundry list of things to replace which they estimated to be almost $4000! I told the guys at Concourse my situation, (being a student on a limited budget) and they told me that they’ll check things out and let me know the most urgent service I’d need. They called by evening to tell me there was nothing wrong with my car! They could’ve easily agreed with the other guys and charged me for repairs that I didn’t need! But they were honest and they patiently explained things to me! They just got a loyal customer and an advocate for their services!

They are very cervical and very clean in doing the job in you. You can edit for your a d feel very please as you wait for you car. I hardly recommend them service very good.

Above and beyond is all I can think to describe how things went for me. If you're looking for an honest and experienced shop look no more.

I had been putting off a recommendation on replacing my engine mounts, I just recently decided to have them replaced;. and just like a dream the car no longer sounds and vibrates like a diesel train. Always very nice and honest

Concourse did a great job getting the oil changed on my car and giving it a once over so I know that it’s all in proper working order. That had me in and out within an hour and didn’t try to upswell me on things I didn’t need. Thanks Concourse!
