EXPLAINED THE PROBLEM WELL AND SEEMED TO WANT TO PROVIDE THE BEST SERVICE AT THE BEST COST. THEY SEEMED HONEST.

Walked in off the street. I was in Dallas for work and driving to Ohio immediately after. I wish I lived in Dallas because I would now have an auto mechanic I trusted. The integrity and work ethic of the owner and staff is something you don'tusually find. I hope I have the pleasure of having service on my car here again. Prices are very fair! Quotes are handled professionally.

Took my car in for an oil change. Jack was very patient in explaining how car technology has changed and its impact on servicing requirements and driving recommendations. What a change from the hard push upselling tactics of Toyota service advisers. I used Concourse before and only went to the dealer because of the Toyota Care package when I bought a new vehicle. (Toyota called me back one month after I waited 2 hours for a scheduled oil change because they "discovered" my car had only been washed and still needed an oil changed.) Based on most my recent and past experience with Concourse, I feel confident their mechanics get the job done right the first time in a reasonable amount of time, at a fair price and without the stress of upselling.
