Took my car in for an oil change. Jack was very patient in explaining how car technology has changed and its impact on servicing requirements and driving recommendations. What a change from the hard push upselling tactics of Toyota service advisers. I used Concourse before and only went to the dealer because of the Toyota Care package when I bought a new vehicle. (Toyota called me back one month after I waited 2 hours for a scheduled oil change because they "discovered" my car had only been washed and still needed an oil changed.) Based on most my recent and past experience with Concourse, I feel confident their mechanics get the job done right the first time in a reasonable amount of time, at a fair price and without the stress of upselling.
