I moved 2 hours away and still drive back to have my vehicles worked on. They are very honest. If it isn't broke or time to replace something they will tell you. I take my car in prior to vacations and have never had any problems on a trip. I have recommended them to family and friends and they are still repeat customers. Concourse has taken care of our Ford minivan, our two Ford Explorers, a Chevy Corvette, a Dodge Grand Caravan minivan, and a Ford Escort. Every repair experience has been the way it should be: polite, attentive, plenty of follow-up, prompt notification if the problem was different than we thought, and finished at the agreed time. Jack, Jan, and their staff are genuinely good people, trying their best to do what is right, and for a reasonable price.

Very honest. Told us several things that may need to be done which would be very expensive. But recommended that only a couple of those items where necessary to replace to get the car running. Told us to drive it for a couple of weeks and see if the other items needed to be done. So ,initially they saved us a lot of money be not having to do things that may not actually be needed.Waiting room was very clean. They were very patient in explaining things to my understanding and answering all my questions.Would highly recommend them.
