I was delighted that you were able to get me in for an oil change quickly. They mentioned that they had trouble with the oil filter on the car, location, etc. The dealership must have a method to handle that. I had several oil spots in the driveway and the garage after your work. I'm not sure why but I had never noticed it prior. Might be something to look into.Thanks!

I needed my A/C fixed quickly. They provided two options, and delivered quicker than promised. Concourse is sensitive to the needs of the customer. They have always worked to accommodate the service requests that I have. Having an older car that I need to function but not with top of the line parts is important to my budget. Right on diagnosis. The part was only available from dealership, so, instead of waiting until next delivery, they sent someone over to pick the part up right away. They had it fixed and test driven promptly. I have two vehicles and Concourse Auto is the only one to wrench on my cars. Jack and Jan are the owners with Jason and Barry heading up the shop. In 25 years this is the only shop allowed to work on my vehicles.
