Quick, friendly service. Couldn't ask for better people to deal with after having a horrible couple days with a car that wouldn't start. Jack was super helpful and greeted me with a handshake and a smile as soon as I pulled up with the tow truck. I've definitely found my new mechanic!

My car was taken in immediately for an inspection when I arrived. I waited no more than 30 min with no prior appointment. I had a 90,000 mile work up done somewhere else less then 2 weeks earlier, & they voluntarily made a list for me to make sure everything was covered, replaced & checked in this work-up. I returned the following day to have a rusted, broken license plate bolt removed to replace a new plate, & when they could not remove it, they referred me to someone else who could with no charge. The rusted bolt was removed & a new bolt was replaced to hold the plate.

We were nervous about coming here. In the past, both our Acuras, bought new, have been serviced by dealerships but our experience at one in Dallas was so poor that we thought we'd give Concourse a try. And we did not regret it. I even called that dealership to ask how much they would have charged for the same work and it was almost double. I am sorry but the high end coffee and thick pile carpets in the waiting room are not worth it. I am not expert enough to know that the work was done well at Concourse but it seems that way and we will definitely be coming back in the future for all our service needs.
