This is the best auto shop in DFW. The guys take pride in their work and have never tried to charge me for something I didn’t need. Very knowledgeable and actually repair things right the first time.

I tried to click 5 stars, but it just did 4 for some reason. We were so impressed with the courtesy, knowledge and fast service. I cannot compliment them enough. Jose was great as well as Brad and Vince. We will definitely return when we need repair work. Thank you!

I was completely surprised at my treatment because of the contrast with everyone else's experiences. I see all these positive reviews and get a recommendation to go here from my sister so I was expecting a lot. I never got a name but the man who did my trucks inspection was extremely rude and basically shooed me out the door. I came in for a basic inspection and he tells me that I failed due to two leaks (one of which didn't even exist) and he tells me to have "my dad" take a look at it and to "tell whoever drives the truck about the leak" this infuriated me because I have been the sole driver of this truck for three years, and I understand maybe I look young for my age but that is no excuse. After thinking about it, I've come to the conclusion that he either thought I was some clueless girl or a 17 year old who was 'bringing in daddy's truck' neither of which are true. Before I left I tried to ask about a quote (he was already walking away from me) and he avoided the question by telling me that they were "about to close".....at 10 am??? I know they take their lunch break at around 12 but obviously that wasn't what he meant. He wanted me to leave so I did but I was worried because he told me I had a leak in my power steering and when I asked if it was even safe to drive he avoided the question again and walked away. I was completely shocked so I left and went to Strickland Brothers where I was treated like an actual person and they discovered that there was NO LEAK in power steering and passed my inspection. I hate writing a negative review but I feel like I need to stand up for myself.

My sister in-law recommend this shop and they did not disappoint. Had multiple work done to my Ram and let me tell ya, they did an awesome job. They're honest/trustworthy and I would give 10 ⭐️ if I could. I've found my new go to shop, and would highly recommend!

Drove all the way from Austin to have my car repaired yearly!

Straight up scammed me. Car broke down two weeks after they “fixed” my “spark plugs” WHEN THEY WERE BASICALLY NEW. It wasn’t even the damn problem. They take advantage of you in a time of need and will love to steal your money. DO NOT RECOMMEND, STAY AWAY
