We take our '04 Expedition here and continue to get great service. They take the time to explain what work is being done and are prompt to call if there are any issues or questions. So far the work we've had done is always on-time or finished early. The staff is pleasant and will take the time to answer questions for customers. This is great service at a competitive price.

The folks at Concourse were quick to diagnose the problem - much less severe than I thought, provide an complete estimate of how much and how long it would take to complete the work, and then delivered on time and at the estimated amount.
