I was an out-of-towner needing a quick repair to an automated car window. Concourse got me in immediately, gave me a reasonable estimate, completed the repair by that afternoon, and the bill was less than the estimate. I was highly impressed with the service, the speed, and the price.

Truth and honesty, isn't that what we all want from auto repair places? Once you decide to go see them, you'll feel like you found a place to keep using. Their mechanic is extremely knowledgeable and competent. I never feel like he didn't know what the proper fix was. You'll be treated well-go see them!

My air conditioner was blowing air but not very cool. I figured it was low on freon. I was going to drop it off, but they said it would only take 15 minutes to check it out. In less than 15 minutes Jack was back with good news. Who knew except for the excellent people at Concourse, that my vehicle has 5 motors that control whether the air comes from the heater or the A/C and of course they are controlled by a microprocessor. In any event they cycled the controls and I had cold air again. Down the road they indicated the motors might have to be replaced, but for now I am good. This is why I have gone to Concourse for 25 years and will continue to go. Good honest and accurate diagnosis and a quick solution.

We take our '04 Expedition here and continue to get great service. They take the time to explain what work is being done and are prompt to call if there are any issues or questions. So far the work we've had done is always on-time or finished early. The staff is pleasant and will take the time to answer questions for customers. This is great service at a competitive price.
