My air conditioner was blowing air but not very cool. I figured it was low on freon. I was going to drop it off, but they said it would only take 15 minutes to check it out. In less than 15 minutes Jack was back with good news. Who knew except for the excellent people at Concourse, that my vehicle has 5 motors that control whether the air comes from the heater or the A/C and of course they are controlled by a microprocessor. In any event they cycled the controls and I had cold air again. Down the road they indicated the motors might have to be replaced, but for now I am good. This is why I have gone to Concourse for 25 years and will continue to go. Good honest and accurate diagnosis and a quick solution.
