Love working with Concourse!! As a matter of fact, I am looking for a new (used) car and asked them about their experience with Lexus vs. Mercedes in maintenance. Jan told me they don't work on Mercedes, so I won't even consider Mercedes now as I so trust working with Concourse!

Concourse is honest and reliable. They are thorough, and they have always accurately diagnosed my car problems. They are quick and communicate well throughout the process. They are friendly and explain things for even those who do not understand cars.

Service is good and their prices are fair but more important that that is they are honest in their evaluation of what your car needs and the related timing. I have never felt they were trying to sell me services I didn't need.
