My experience was short and not much done to my truck, that said I went in to have my timing checked and set and the guys-especially Jason and I hope I get this right, Gary? Were awesome, they offered great advice and answered questions I had on my truck-not related to why I brought it in. Overall these guys know what they are doing. They will get you in and out quick and answered any questions I had. On another note I need my tires rotated and will end up waiting so I can get it to them to have the work done. They also quoted me about 10 bucks cheaper than a lot of other places I called. I hate having to go to the mechanic but when I do it will be Concourse I head to. If you are a shade tree like myself its worth just stopping by and talking to these guys, they will make a believer of you.

It's one of those very hard to find local "mom and pop shops', owned and operated by super honest folks who provide the highest quality work at very reasonable prices. We have referred many people to Concourse and we will continue to do so. I doubt we'll ever take our cars anywhere else, unless they need one of the very few services that Concourse doesn't provide (ex: new tires). We depend on Concourse and they indeed deliver top notch service every time... Have convenient night drop option, check out our cars right away, call and email us a detailed quote before starting, finish the job in very timely manner, offer online coupons to help with cost, maintain detailed maintenance history in their system for customized maintenance schedule and service reminders. I took my vehicle here for possible brake pads and rotor replacement. I did not have the work completed here but felt they were very up front and honest with me. My husband didn't want to spend the money and decided to do the work himself. Otherwise I would have taken my vehicle back for them to complete the work. They only charged me a minimum fee for there assessment of the problem. I would use them again if necessary.

I'm always confident that my car will be serviced with the utmost care. Everything was done to my satisfaction and at a reasonable price. Wouldn't take my cars anywhere else!

Concourse gave me options which served my best interest with the heater problem in my Dodge Ram. They could have done a lot more of an expensive repair which would likely have not been my best choice. I've been satisfied with their service the five or six times they have worked on my vehicles.
