My problem with the air conditioning in my pickup began at about midday. I phoned Concourse did a little diagnosing over the phone, which I appreciate. They had the vehicle by about 1:00 and phoned about 4:30 to say that it was ready. I did request that they look at the serpentine belt, and that too was replaced. The only reason I didn't give a full 5 stars was because it turned out to be a fairly expensive experience and I would have appreciated some contact between the final diagnosis and the repair to prepare me for the bill. I also like to see removed parts. I am happy with Concourse and will likely make them my service provider for future needs.
