I needed a new radiator for my older model Japanese luxury import. I live in the Southlake/Colleyville/Grapevine area and did not want to pay the dealer price of over $800. After checking several websites, I saw that Concourse came highly recommended, worked on imports, and was relatively close to my home and work. I gave Jack Bowers a call and got a quick return call with an estimate. I scheduled an appointment over the phone although I could have used their website (http://concourseautomotive.com). When I got to Concourse to drop the vehicle off, I found a comfortable waiting room with a high definition TV, some coffee, work space if I needed it, a coloring table for kids, and a vintage gas pump that listed gas prices at 13.9 cents per gallon. All the various certifications of their mechanics are displayed at the entrance to the waiting room. I was impressed to find no certifications older than 2011. Meagan greeted me at the counter, inputted my contact information and repair details, and offered a ride to work. Later in the day, the work was done ahead of time and pick-up and payment was hassle free. I hope that your experience at Concourse is similarly pleasing.

I came in at 4 pm for unscheduled oil change and was out before 430 pm.

After thorough research and discovering Concourse came so highly recommended by the Grapevine Chamber of Commerce (which, sadly, few do) My wife and I have been taking our vehicles here, exclusively, for 4 years. Ok so lets be honest, no one really enjoys taking their car to a mechanic. Rarely is it painless. Rarely does it involve good news. My latest experience certainly fit that mold. But here's the deal. Knowing you will likely experience some pain when making your visits, you want to be treated like an important customer, with professionalism. You want to be treated as if your car troubles matter and the people you are entrusting to help you resolve these problems are doing just that, rather than adding to them. In short, you will find that conduct at Concourse.

I had problems with my tail lights and blinkers. I brought my car into Concourse. They kept my car in the shop all day, running diagnostics, switching out tail light housings and checking wires and fuses to discover the problem. They hypothesized that the problem was most likely the computer and I would need to seek out a dealer. I was deflated knowing how much that would cost coupled with the diagnostics and all the labor that they had spent on my vehicle. Concourse told me that I owed nothing to them since they hadn't fixed the problem. It's hard to know who to TRUST in this particular industry. This was how Concourse gained my TRUST and will keep me as repeat business.

They always take care of my needs quickly at a reasonable price. Over the years I have found them to be trustworthy and great to work with. I appreciate seeing the same friendly faces every time. The only reason I won't be using them in the future is because I'm relocating to Oklahoma. Fortunately my brother who is an excellent mechanic is there and will work for a home cooked meal!
